Our 30-day guarantee
Every order comes with a 30-day guarantee. If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or does not match its description, we replace it or refund you in full. You pay nothing: not for the return, not for the replacement.
Email info@oroveno.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. For damage caused in transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise it with the carrier while the claim is still open.
If you change your mind
You can also return a product simply because you changed your mind. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us, and another 14 days to send it back.
Email info@oroveno.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us, or we cannot match your parcel to your order.
Two things to know before you send it:
- Return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service. Until the parcel reaches us it remains your responsibility.
- Send it back unused and complete, in its original packaging and with everything that came with it.
You are welcome to unpack a product and look at it, the same way you would in a shop. But if it comes back used, incomplete or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. We always tell you the amount and the reason before we do.
Your refund
Once your return reaches us and we have checked it, we refund you within 14 days to the payment method you used. Your bank may need a few more days to show it.
This applies to every order, including products bought during a promotion or with a discount. A lower price does not change your rights.
Cancelling an order
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, so please email info@oroveno.com quickly with your order number. If the parcel has not left the warehouse yet, we cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, follow the return steps above once it arrives.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange something is to return it and place a new order, so you are not waiting twice.
